Powers of attorney and statements (drafting + arranging certification)
DOMUS V Sp. z o.o. is not a notary. We draft the document and arrange its certification by a notary in Poland or at a consulate. The notarial fee (taksa notarialna), apostille and sworn translation are not included and are paid separately — we tell you the exact amount before you pay.

Delayed case or refusal
Ukrainian citizens: until 4 March 2027 the time limits in residence cases do not run (Art. 100d of the special act), so a ponaglenie or an inaction complaint usually makes no sense. We check this before payment and do not charge for an action with no prospects. The WSA complaint is signed by you or by a cooperating adwokat or radca prawny (separate contract).
