Commercial Terms of Cooperation

Service cost

  • first worker — PLN 2,500 net
  • second worker — PLN 2,500 net
  • third and each subsequent worker — PLN 5,000 net

When payment is due

the invoice is issued after 3 calendar days of the worker's employment

standard term — 7 days from the invoice date

Guarantee

  • 30 calendar days' guarantee per worker
  • if a worker voluntarily leaves or fails the probation period within 30 days, the contractor provides one free replacement

Passport, welding diploma or certificate, medical clearance. EWU assists with grade confirmation and international certification — the entire process is guided by us.
100% — UoP (Umowa o pracę) or UoZ with full medical insurance and ZUS. No grey schemes. The coordinator provides confirmation before signing the contract.
Rates vary by country: Poland — PLN 40–45/h typical (strong specialists and JDG — PLN 55–85/h), Germany — about €23/h, Belgium — €21–45/h, Netherlands — about €34/h, France — about €19/h, UK — about £14/h. The exact range is discussed with a coordinator based on your qualification and welding method.
The coordinator contacts you within 24 hours of your application. Position selection takes 3–14 working days depending on method and region.
A basic understanding is a plus, but not required. Each site has a coordinator-translator. A language barrier is not an obstacle to starting work.
