No. You have 14 days from delivery of the decision to appeal to the Head of the Office for Foreigners (Art. 129 § 2 KPA). Calculate the last day in the calculator above and send us the decision as soon as possible — the outcome depends on the arguments in the appeal.
The lawful tool is a ponaglenie (Art. 37 KPA), followed by a court complaint about inaction. However, for Ukrainian citizens the time limits for some residence cases do not run until 4 March 2027 (Art. 100d of the special act), so a ponaglenie often makes no sense there. We assess your case first so you don’t pay for pointless steps.
