Until 4 March 2027, statutory deadlines do not run in temporary and permanent residence cases (Art. 100d). A Ponaglenie or a court complaint therefore usually changes nothing in those cases. We check your case, tell you what can realistically be done, and only take on work that has a legal basis.

What helps instead: a complete file, timely replies to every wezwanie, and monitoring through access to the case file (Art. 73 KPA).

In temporary and permanent residence cases, no — until 4 March 2027 (Art. 100d of the Act on assistance to citizens of Ukraine). Some NSA rulings apply this rule only to Ukrainian citizens, so we assess other nationals’ cases individually. If the rule is not extended, deadlines will run again after 4 March 2027.
In cases covered by Art. 100d, practically not at the moment: during this period courts do not fine the authority or award a sum of money. In other cases the court may award a sum (Art. 149 § 2), but that is the court’s decision, not a guaranteed result.
Under Art. 112a of the Act on Foreigners — from the latest of: your personal appearance (fingerprints), submitting documents, or fixing formal defects in the application. Not from the filing date.
Decisions are based on documents, not complaints. But where deadlines are not running, a Ponaglenie is simply useless. That is why we file it only after checking the case.
